GBE Logistics provides logistics services including but not limited to:

• Specialized cargo handling

Service availability may vary by location and is subject to our operational capacity.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Shipping Terms

4.1 Packaging Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipments are properly packaged to withstand normal handling during transportation. GBE Logistics is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

4.2 Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipping:

• Illegal substances or contraband
• Explosives and flammable materials (without proper authorization)
• Hazardous materials (without proper documentation)
• Perishable goods (without refrigerated service)
• Weapons and ammunition
• Currency and negotiable instruments
• Live animals (without proper permits)

4.3 Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated in a service agreement. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due according to the agreed payment terms
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to:

• The declared value of the shipment, or
• The maximum liability as per applicable laws, whichever is lower

6.2 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or special damages
• Loss of business or profits
• Damage due to force majeure events
• Damage resulting from improper packaging
• Delays beyond our reasonable control

6.3 Insurance

We recommend customers obtain appropriate insurance coverage for high-value shipments. Additional insurance options are available upon request.

7. Claims

Claims for loss or damage must be:

• Submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery
• Accompanied by supporting documentation (photos, receipts, etc.)
• Filed using our official claims process

Failure to report damage upon delivery may affect claim eligibility.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of GBE Logistics and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

• Suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
